About you

​

The successful candidate will have 1-3 years’ PQE real estate experience and the following desired skills and experience from a well-regarded property practice:
 

• Commercial property experience including: 

  • commercial and industrial acquisitions and sales

  • commercial and industrial leasing

• Experience in property development including drafting development agreements, construction contracts, and other development documents

• Off the plan sales and purchases

• Put and call options and nomination agreements 

• Strong drafting skills and attention to detail

• Ability to be team focused but also work individually

• A commitment to providing excellent service and to build client relationships

• A passion for helping clients achieve commercial success

• A practical mindset

• An intrinsic drive for technical excellence
